Danny Golding

You may recognise Danny as the darling of So You Think You Can Dance Season 2.

Growing up in Broken Hill, Danny embraced dancing as much as he could until moving to Sydney to attend the Newtown High School of Performing Arts. Since then has worked for the Australian Dance Theatre, Royal Caribbean Productions, Cirque Dreams, and Bass Fam Creative. 

In 2013, Danny graduated from The National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) and the performance credits kept on flowing, including TV appearances on ABC’s Adam Hills On Gordon Street, Dancing With The Stars, Everybody Dance Now, Australia’s Got Talent, and Germany’s Das Supertalent. 

In 2016 he was awarded Best Male Performer by the Australian Aerial Awards. In 2022 he was crowned Mr Burlesque Sydney. Most recently he has performed in the Draculas Resurrection Tour, Oracle, Matador, and Velvet Rewired as a featured Aerialist. This will be Danny’s first time performing in Broken Hill in almost 20 years.
